These terms govern an organization's use of Recovery House HQ. The person creating an account confirms that they are authorized to act for the organization and manage its houses, staff, residents, records, and billing choices.

A verified work email is required. The standard trial lasts 30 days and requires no credit card. New registrations receive the standard 30-day trial. Earlier promotional registrations retain the offer accepted when they registered.

After the trial, the standard plan is $129 per month for one organization with up to 10 active houses or 250 active residents. An organization that reaches either included limit must reduce its active records or move to a separately agreed plan before adding more.

The organization controls its operational and resident records. It is responsible for authorized access, accurate data, lawful notices and consents, staff administration, and the documents it uploads. The service must not be used to violate privacy, safety, employment, housing, healthcare, or other applicable obligations.

CSV and Excel imports include a mapping and preview step. The organization remains responsible for reviewing imported information before use. Setup assistance does not transfer responsibility for the organization's source data or operating decisions.

We work to keep the service available and secure, but maintenance and service interruptions can occur. An organization may stop using the service; access after cancellation or an expired trial is governed by the account status and applicable record-retention requirements.
