A working milestone
Recovery House HQ Is Learning Inside Its First Operating House
Life Transitions in Cleveland, Georgia is beginning to use Recovery House HQ in day-to-day work. That gives the project something a demonstration cannot: real friction, real questions, and a responsibility to improve.
We want to thank Life Transitions for the confidence they have placed in Recovery House HQ as our first operating house. That trust does not turn an early implementation into a proven outcome. It creates the opportunity to learn what is useful, what is unclear, and what must become more dependable.
Real use is a different test
An operating house shows whether owners and staff can understand the product while the ordinary work keeps moving. When a question appears or a workflow creates confusion, the job is to find the pattern, correct the product, and carry the lesson forward.
What this milestone does—and does not—prove
It proves that Recovery House HQ has moved beyond private demonstration into a first operating-house implementation. It does not yet prove saved hours, improved collections, better outcomes, or broad adoption. Those claims require measured evidence over time.
Why the launch is managed
Recovery House HQ helps configure the organization, work through the transition, train staff, and remain involved through go-live. The first-house experience is also teaching us where that launch process needs to become clearer before the next organization begins.
